Karl Wolf
Market Manager, Building Services at Xylem Europe
Karl joined Xylem in 2012 as Product Manager for high pressure pumps in the Water Utilities, Industrial and Building Services global markets. With his strong background and education in Electrical Engineering and the opportunities to digitalise the construction business, Karl had a special interest to create smart buildings through sustainable water and energy management by connecting new technologies to the ecosystem of Smart Cities.
Prior to joining Xylem, Karl worked in the Railway Vehicle Industry at a global scale for Siemens AG. Currently Karl is Market Manager for Building Services and is responsible for the building and execution of Xylem’s European growth strategy in the building services market.
Paul Winnett
General Manager, Building Services at Xylem Water Solutions UK
Paul Winnett is Xylem Water Solutions General Manager for Building Services. Having worked in the Building Services and Industrial business at Xylem for over 30 years, Paul brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the customisation of solutions for applications and designs to be on the latest trends in the Building Services and Industrial markets. Having worked on a number of large scale Building and Industrial projects he has built up a strong background in best practices and has also sat on various British Standards committees to help initiate some of these best practices into the standards that we see today.
